Problem caused by chemical imbalance, poor filtration, or bath overload:
1. Analyse and adjust alkalinity to 100 ppm with LOW ALKALINITY or INCREASE ALKALINITY and pH to 7.2, with pH REDUCER or pH INCREASER POWDER, as required.

2. Wash and, if the problem persists, check the condition of the filter medium. If it is flint and has become clogged, regenerate it with FLINT CLEANER and, if it is a cartridge, with CARTRIDGE CLEANER.
3. Assist the filter with the clarifier, COAGULANT or COAGULANT TABLETS.
Removing stubborn metal stains that cause discolouration:
1. Apply STAIN REMOVER near the stains.
Removes stubborn stains throughout the pool. Apply directly to the water.
2. Immediately add METAL SEQUESTRANT for orange-brown stains or COPPER SEQUESTRANT for green or purple stains.
Removes copper that stains hair green and discolours joints.
3. Adjust alkalinity (100 ppm), pH (7.2) and disinfectant (1.5 ppm).

2. Add 10 g/m3 of ANTICAL once a month.
Excessive use of oils, sun creams, and body oils.
1. Clean the waterline with ULTRA CLEANER.
2. Regularly dose COAGULANT or ENZYMATIC.
Contamination by spores from the swimming pool.
Brush the affected areas with a stainless steel bristle brush and apply 1.5 L/100m³ of UNIVERSAL ALGICIDE.
Apply shock treatment with 75 g/m³ of LIQUID OXYGEN 12 + 0.5 L/100 m³ of ACTIVATOR PLUS.
Algae resistant to disinfectants and algaecides.
1. Analyse the phosphate level.
2. If the level is below 500 ppb, apply PHOSPHATE REMOVER, and if it is above 500 ppb, apply PHOSPHATE REMOVER MAXI.
3. Wait 8 hours and apply CONCENTRATED ALGICIDE.
Leaks in pipes or swimming pool.
Apply 1 L/75 m³ of JOINT SEALANT.
Surface or aquatic insects. With tea tree oil.
Apply 0.75 L/100 m³ of INSECT REMOVER.
